Please complete the self-regulation checklist (link at the bottom of this assignment) on yourself. Analyze what strategies you use and what categories they are under for self-regulation. For this assignment you will need to:
1. Reflect on the activities or tools you use to help you self-regulate (if you do other things that are not on the list please include those as well.
2. Develop a sensory diet for yourself, giving yourself regular input for calming or alerting depending on the type of input you found you needed. This “diet” should include regular and scheduled input.
3. Follow your “diet” for a day. Your final reflection should include an analysis of if or how your affect and self-regulation changed with the use of the “diet”. Please consider if this helped or didn’t help and why or why not.
