Self Image is how you view yourself. Being positive on this allows you to take care of yourself and pride in yourself. You feel like you look good so you have that positive thinking that you will look good to others and be accepted. Being negative you will question everyone and everything and be more self conscious. Self Esteem is how much you value yourself and respect your feelings. Being able to know that you can get in touch with your inner self and feel good about how you not only treat yourself but treat others. The way you treat others should be the same guidance that others should treat you. Having low self esteem keeps you from making good decisions, trusting others, and become depressed. BE POSITIVE!
