(pp. 142-148). This would break the samsara cycle and produce nirvana. The challenge is putting The Buddhaâ€
s Dharma into action.
Discussion question: Theravada Buddhism is about mindfulness and meditation. Mahayana Buddhism is about compassion guided by wisdom.
