c. When has negative conflict in your life resulted in some lost opportunity or destructive result? ( an example of my personal experience to this question, would be when I left a job because I was unable to keep my emotions in tact or properly use tools successively to combat negative conflict)
d. How could one use the approaches to conflict management to have better managed conflict and to have improved the outcome of my situational event?
