Reflecting upon the seven stages in the reaction to change, please discuss a situation where you led a group through the stages or where you went through the seven stages as a recipient of a change initiative. Of the seven stages, which is the most difficult to lead others through? Explain. Of the seven stages, which is the most difficult to be led through? Explain.
