This is a group project. In this group assignment, you will develop a model of a program to promote transformational leadership skills and positive development among youth. The questions I need to answer are: a discussion of transformational leadership and how you plan to develop it among the youth. Suggestions for future programs. I attached the general steps and goals of our program. I also attached a powerpoint which you need to refer to. There’s also a concept of Four I’s of Transformational Leadership you need to mention in the paper. Our program is about vocational development.
