Creating resistance training workouts that best utilizes time, physical needs , and preference is very important for body transformation. This discussion board will utilize what we learned in the previous lectures of Understanding Muscle Development. I am also attaching articles that help you understand Total Body vs. Body Parts training routines.

1. Briefly describe what resistance training routine Body Parts (Split) or Total Body do you prefer to utilize and why. I understand some of you may or may not have been in a gym or resistance training environment before, but from what you have read which one would you prefer if you were starting your own routine?
