In Chapter 10, the author discusses the ethical misconduct of defense attorneys, prosecutors, and judges and how the system responds to this misconduct. The need to improve the ethics of the system is clear, as evidenced by the Innocence Project’s exoneration record of hundreds of people wrongfully convicted.
