My topic for this project has been for the nurses to use fall assessment tools to assess the chances of a patient falling in a hospital setting. Some of the fall assessment tools are Hendrich Fall assessment tool, Morse Fall scale, Hester Davis fall scale.
My research showed that there is a decrease in falls when these assessment tools are used and preventative measures are taken.
