Using the principles and models from your textbook readings and the additional study materials provided by your instructor, analyze either the Zara or Netflix cases in terms of how information systems are used to enable and support organizational strategy. Pay particular attention to how the systems are used to influence competitive forces in pursuit of organizational strategy.
Create a posting analyzing this effort using what we’ve learned about using systems for competitive advantage. Be sure to support your assertions with examples and/or references from the literature.

What was the strategy or strategies being supported by the system(s)?
How were information systems and technology used to support the strategy? Were the models described by McFarlan employed?
Was the company pursuing an early adopter or fast follower approach?
How were the systems/strategy used to influence competitive forces (which forces were impacted and how, which forces that were not)?
Assess whether or not the organization could have pursued that strategy without the use of information systems.
