In your introduction, I liked the fact that you broke the festival dates down to specific days and the number of visitors that can be expected to attend the event. I did not even think to narrow my dates down. I like that you took to heart the comfort and ease of visitor’s ability to move around the event expressing the opportunities the festival can provide to attendees. I never thought of feedback from local business owners as a threat during my external factor. I would have to disagree with a laisse-faire style of management as being a strength, but it does allow for more creativity among volunteers. I see you added the Kotter 8-Step Change Model; I never considered that model in my paper.
