We can all agree that the more relevant facts a group or team has to resolve a problem, the better (at least on average) decisions will be, to resolve that problem. Using the material from this lesson’s readings, write an essay of at least 500 words:
- Identify at least three ways a group or team can generate larger amounts of information with which it will make a decision.
- Identify the reading and page number that is the source of each method you choose to discuss.
- Explain why each method will ordinarily increase the amount of information available to the group or team.
