Please complete this before the discussion questions ( The required reading is on the discussion question one that you bidded on)
Find a family system in which you will conduct the following assessments:
- Family Adaptability and Cohesion Environment Scale (FACES)
- Self-Report Family Inventory (SFI)
- Family Assessment Device (FAD) (Links to an external site.)
Review the types of family systems you can use: Pick one
- A parent and child
- Siblings
Have each member of the family system complete the appropriate consent form: ( have some body do it or make it up but make it sound good)
Conduct and score each assessment.
Provide the family members with the results from their assessment and feedback. (Note. It is not appropriate for you to provide counseling for the family members. If you feel they need more support, provide them with a referral.)
Complete an assessment report discussing the results of the assessments for the family system in one document:
Submit both the consent form and assessment report for your assignment. Do not submit the actual test results.
