I would say that E-Recruiting is the best thing that happened in the Human Resource divisions, simply because E-recruitment has conveyed noteworthy and quantifiable advantages, which could include giving an extraordinary candidate experience that advances rapidly and keeps candidates educated, while proceeding to guarantee that every application is given due thought, giving brilliant administration data and supporting the proactive administration of the enrollment procedure, and limiting the time spent on value-based tasks, liberating staff to concentrate on more important obligations.

I believe that E-recruiting can be considered the most ideal path in the present day and age to ensure that HR can effectively choose the most ideal candidate for their organization. Through e-recruiting, the recruiters can tap a quite larger pool of candidates as job openings are posted online. As a larger pool of candidates is attracted, the probability of selecting highly skilled and qualified candidates is very high. E-recruitment saves lots of resources of the organization, such as time and cost, which might be spent using traditional recruitment methods. The recruitment process can be faster and quicker as the responses are recorded and the feedback after selection processes can be given instantly. Overall, with e-recruitment, the process becomes more efficient and it is easy to record details of the applicant.
