In Gregory (2011) on pp. 24-28 and Gregory (2005) pp. 24-27 you will find basic strategies for accellerating growth with either ELLs (2011) or diverse groups (2005). Review these strategies, and then develop a main response in which you address the following:

  • Which strategies resonate with you based on your content area(ELA)?
  • Why are you drawn to these strategies?
  • How could these strategies contribute to college and career readiness for students?
