This is a question that needs a reply to in my psychology of success class between students. It least needs to be at least 150 words reply or thought on the subject.

There’s one skill or technique, above and beyond what the learning materials have provided, that can help with procrastination: an accountability partner. That is, a loved one or friend who can “catch you” procrastinating and support you in regards to changing the habit. Now, this person shouldn’t be mean about; rather, he or she should just bring it up and encourage you onward. Also, talk about a reward for not procrastinating. For example, after a period of time in which you don’t procrastinate, you and your accountability partner can go out for dinner (hopefully he or she will buy! 🙂 ). Thoughts?
