Hello, I am working on a research paper for my management 421 class and we are currently in the Draft phase. The proposal is done and I have comments from my teacher written on it. I have attached the guidelines which consist of 6 parts. for this assignment I need the first two parts first then I will add more time so you can concluded the other part. Also the rubric and all the directions are attached below. I will like to have someone help me with the draft and when I get the comments on that from my teacher I will send it back so that you can do the final part of the paper. After selecting the tutor I will send you the proposal as well
#1 (The first section of the research project.It introduces the organization.This section of the paper should be about half a page.)
#2 (The second section of the research project.It sets the stage for your analysis.This section of the paper should be one half to one page.)

double spaced with 1 inch margins, 12 font size.
