This is what we discuss for Chapter 6- {Chapter 6 – “Organization Structure and Design” – is the focus of this week’s discussion board forum. This chapter explores the role of how organizational structures and design play in the success of a business and how the managers in those organizations need to work differently within different structures.
Through your own personal or professional experiences please share with your class members what you have discovered about the various organizational structures your “organization” has used in the past or is currently using. Please be sure to name the specific organizational structure.
