1. Creative Innovation in Employees/Health Entrepreneurship-Fostering creativity in yourself as a manager and in your staff are vital for success in today’s workplace environment. Innovation-based creativity is emerging as individuals identify needs and act on them as entrepreneurs in the U.S. healthcare system. Explore the concepts of creativity and innovation in your discussion and include the following in your main post:
-State your understanding of the role of the healthcare manager in successfully developing and fostering creativity and innovation in employees, and in developing a supportive organizational culture.
-Share a personal experience in your career as a leader or employee, related to these concepts.
-Briefly explain why entrepreneurship has emerged as a way to solve challenges in the healthcare delivery system.
