Debate on Omnivore’s Dilemma (-84): Chapters 3: “The Elevator”, and 4 “The Feedlot: Making Meat”.1.

You could choose one of these statements as your topic to debate pro and con. You might not necessarily agree with the position you are debating. You could also come up with your own topic, but it should be a statement relating to The Omnivore’s Dilemma pp. 9-84.
1. Grass feeding cows, rather that the current industrial system, would be better for the health of cows, people, and the environment.
2. The overproduction of corn leads to negative consequences: factory farms, obesity, food poisoning. and the bankrupting of small farms.
