Psychosocial Evaluation on intervention episode: Katherine C. Season 17 ,
episode 1 (269) I would personally pick Katherine to do the psychosocial assessment assignment on but you still have to include information about family/history. This is in the uploaded instructions about assignment. The page numbers are numbered but the part 2 are the pages on the back and I had to copy them separately. So you would have to look at the page numbers at the top of the page to see which page/section is next. The even numbers of the assignment is part 1 and the odd numbers are part 2. It would not let me scan it all together but part 1 and 2 is ONE assignment. You would need to complete the assignment in order of the page number even though they are on two different uploads.
