Self image and self-esteem go hand by hand. When we have high self- esteemed we feel empower to accomplish our goals and that goes along with our self image. Our self image is a reflection of our inner positive attitude. We feel capable to accomplishing any task and that same empowerment help us to keep on going… Specially in our academic life. We may experience some insecurities when the class we’re about to take is to complex or simply a math class and just like me I’m sure many of you feel that math is just a hard class. However, if we put our mind to it and use all the resources available we’ll be successful but we need to trust ourselves and continue to empower our self-esteem and high self image. Thoughts?
