Hospitality Company Report: (40 points) Select a major hospitality company such as Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Inter-Continental, Wyndham, MGM Resorts, Brinker, Darden, or some other Hospitality company approved by instructor. Choose a public company, so that key information is available, or choose a private company for which you have access to the required information. Create a bullet-point report that includes: 1) identify and write the company mission statement (2 points); 2) company key facts, such as headquarters location, company parent name, company brands, what hospitality segment does this company represent, geographical location of operations, number of employees, annual revenues and growth strategy etc. (21 points); 3); describe company tactics for recruiting future employees/managers (2 points); 4) describe the employment what skills are needed to work for this company, how management openings are listed, how the company promotes a hospitality career (4 points) and 5) why or why not you would want to work for this company refer to the information you have researched to support your answer (10 points).
