Your lecture this week discusses problem solving, planning, and communication as they relate to improving the quality of health care. Many of the decisions related to these areas are founded in the organization’s mission and vision statements. For this week’s discussion, identify your organization’s mission statement (it doesn’t necessarily need to be a healthcare organization if you don’t work in one. You can also research any other organization) and identify one rule or regulation within the organization. Is this rule or regulation in alignment with the mission statement? Which person or group of people within the organization is directly responsible for ensuring this rule or regulation is adhered to?
