“two original letters: EACH member of the group will author two original letters using a formal business letter format. One letter should be targeted to existing customers who have already tried and bought our existing product and one letter to potential customers. The letters need to be persuasive and will invite the recipient to fill out the survey- this is the primary purpose. The secondary purpose is to boost the company’s credibility and encourage them to continue to be customers or to look for a new launch of our brand in the future.”
