Its panel data and In this equation i and t indicates countries and time, and Economic growthi,t indicates economic growth in country i in year t. And (N denotes the total number of countries); t=1,…… T ( T denotes the total number of years) All other potential covariables (explanatory variables or independent variables) are included in the vector Xi,t. The vector of fundamental determinants of economic growth, Xi,t, includes Economic Growth, Investment, Government Expenditure, Trade, Inflation, FDI, Population and Natural Resources. ϒ are the parameters to be estimated.
