Create a calendar following the steps outlined in the video.
In the Excel calendar, using the font color accessible from the home tab, change the font to green for certain dates and days of week. The ones to change to green are the ones where the date could be used for the Johnson case, because both Judge Kalend and Attorney Adams are available and the courthouse is open.
Change the font color to red for the contents of columns A, B, and C for all dates when Judge Kalend is on vacation. (Cells without content will not visibly change.)
