Purpose: For this step in in the strategic planning process you will conduct a SWOC/T analysis of your organization’s technology programs. As with the previous assignment, some of what you might decided to do within the organization can be hypothetical (i.e., implementing new one-to-one program), however, the SWOC/T analysis of the organization should still be based on the actual strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges faced by the organization.

Complete worksheets 27-34 in the Bryson & Alston book: Worksheet Directions 27-34.pdf . These worksheets can be submitted as either copied PDF documents or typed word documents. Remember, no links to Google Docs. Your document should be posted to the discussion board by Sunday of Module 3.
