Investigate the creative process and outline a plan to incorporate creativity and innovation into the corporate culture, and discuss how the plan can aid in important decision-making.
D) Management of Technological Innovation: Strategize how to incorporate and manage new and emerging technologies that will enable the firm to be more competitive. Discuss concepts such as flexible manufacturing, and how to manage new technologies.
