In the textbook, you will find the case of Wisconsin Electric Power Co. v. Union Pacific Railroad Co. If you cannot find the case in your book, simply do a Google search for it and you will find information on it there.
The case relates to the issue of “substantial performance” under contract law. After you have read the case and the textbook discussions on substantial performance, provide a short summary of what it is all about including reference to the Wisconsin Case demonstrating it’s application to today’s business world.
