HSE 320 Milestone One Rubric feedback: Daniel, you have submitted a clear picture of the organization in need of focused strategic planning! You’ve presented critical information that the Board would need to hear about the goals and vision of the organization. However, you have not clearly addressed the five sections on the rubric that focused on the following:

1. Describe the agency in terms of the current workforce structure, budget, and funding.
2. Justify the implementation of the plan using the above description of the workforce structure, budget, and funding’s impact on the agency’s culture. Consider the plan’s potential impact on the programs offered by the agency.
3. Describe how the agency’s mission was considered when creating the plan.
4. Describe how current trends in human service delivery influenced the creation of plan.

The Milestones should address the questions listed above (which are found in the rubric) and are focused on the “proposal” for how to change the culture of the organization from “toxic” to a positive one. I encourage you to use headings in your assignments that align with the rubric as it provides an organized narrative (and allows both of us to easily see the required sections). Introduction: Impact Justifies the Plan: As you revise for the Final project, please include more detailed information about the link between the mission statement and the proposal. Remember, the premise of your assignment is that you are presenting a proposal to the Board about how to remedy the “toxic” work environment of the organization.
Introduction: Agency Mission: The mission statement is clear, well written, and focused! This organization would be valuable to many communities around the world. For the final project, be sure to link the mission statement to the proposal, and the delivery of services.

Introduction: State of the Agency: Again, you have wonderful information focused on the goals of the organization. However, this assignment is based on the “proposal” to the Board where you would discuss the impact on the service delivery and how the organization would be impacted.
