Wade ended in the result that the court ruled 7–2 that a right to privacy under the Due Process Clause of the 14th Amendment extended to a woman’s decision to have an abortion. To me, speaking of politically, this is right that women have their rights to decide when it comes to abortion. However, speaking of spirituality, I oppose abortion right away. As being a Catholic, I was taught to know that every one comes to this world by God’s power and each of them has their own duty to do according to God’s will. Therefore, I don’t support the women to abort their child because it is a sin to do so. Have you ever wonder who will punish more – a person kill an 18 years old guy or a person who aborts her child? The answer is that they have the same sin and same punishment since aborting a child is also considering as killing one live. Therefore, when it comes to abortion, I am a pro-life who opposes abortion.
