Explain how the healthcare issue/stressor you selected is being addressed in other organizations. Go to the literature and find some studies on what other organizations are doing to address the issue. When you make a recommendation you always want to back it up with literature.
Summarize the strategies used to address the organizational impact of national healthcare issues/stressors presented in the scholarly resources you selected, and explain how they may impact your organization both positively and negatively. Be specific and provide examples. Summarize and synthesize multiple sources in this discussion and as it requires, give a couple of examples of the pros and cons.
