Last I checked 23 states and Washington DC had laws on the books allowing medical marijuana. Many more currently have pending legislation. 3 states have legalized recreational use. 16 states have decriminalized marijuana. This means no prison time or criminal record for first time offenders caught with small amounts for personal consumption. It is treated more like a minor traffic violation. How do you feel about medical marijuana? What can it treat? Pros and cons? What about ending the prohibition of marijuana all together? Show less
