Given the generous investment made, by your angel investor, you have the opportunity to hire three workers. For this Portfolio Project Milestone, consider what types of workers you would like to hire. Then, do the following:

1. Create a brief job description for each of the three workers. These job descriptions must be specific to your workers and the needs of your organization. No two job descriptions should be the same.
   1. When writing a job description, it is important to include the following information: job title, duties/responsibilities, competencies, relationships (e.g., reporting hierarchy), salary, and any other information you deem as necessary.
2. Since you are writing this job description, you must justify your rationale for the information presented. For example, consider the following questions:
   1. Why did you decide to employ full-time, part-time, or a mixture of both workers?
   2. Why did you decide to pay the salary amount offered?
   3. Why do you believe that the competencies noted are important for your workers to possess?
   4. What industry information did you use to determine these answers?

Submission Requirements

• A three- to five-page paper, not including your job descriptions or the title and reference pages, which are required.
• Your paper must be properly cited and formatted according to the CSU-Global Guide to Writing & APA. (Links to an external site.)
• Include a formal reference page. This is an individual paper; however, you should reflect on our discussion forums and incorporate ideas from there, as appropriate.
• You must support your analysis with at least three scholarly references and can include resources from this course.
• The CSU-Global Library (Links to an external site.) is a good place to find these sources. You cannot use Wikipedia or any CSU-Global assignment. For this assignment, a credible source is defined as:
  • A scholarly or peer-reviewed journal article.
  • A government-based website or publication.
  • A trade or industry journal article, publication, or website, including those from trade organizations such as SHRM.org and TD.org.
