In 3-4 pages (APA), write reflections on a 30-minute, face-to-face interview with a full-time employee of your chosen profession, who is not a family member. Before conducting the interview, explain this assignment in writing, informing the interviewee that the interview will last about 30-45 minutes, and assure her/him that names and other personal information will be shared with no one other than your professor. Briefly write why you chose this person, then analyze the interview and describe what you learned.For example, examine what might have been unexpected or even alarming about the person, position or organization.
