First, in general to the vignette scenario and as it applies to both countries, address all issues that you have identified that require corrective action

Explain in detail your recommendation on how to rectify the concern
Next, either Turkey or Mexico must be chosen as the country that Ladron, Inc. will expand into. Also, the respective city within the country must be chosen
Be thorough in your explanation when defending your choice (why did you choose it); you cannot recommend a country or city other than those presented in the vignette and you may not recommend that they do not expand at all into the international marketplace
The mode of entry must be foreign direct investment (FDI) as highlighted in the vignette; no other mode of entry recommendation will be accepted. If you would like to know more about specific issues related to FDI you can refer to Chapter 7 in the textbook but all knowledge required to successfully complete this situational analysis has been addressed either during in-class lectures, in the textbook and PowerPoints, or from previous personal or educational exposure

Once you have selected either Turkey or Mexico, you must choose between the two cities within that country that are specifically listed in the vignette

Requirements for Submission of the Consultant’s Situational Analysis
The Consultant’s Situational Analysis must be written in paragraph form. Please follow the Format for Written Submissions: Times New Roman, 12 Font, and Double Spaced. When citing a source, APA is the required style. If applicable, Table of Content, bibliography, and appendices must be included. Please show the standard systems of measurements (volume, weight, distance, temperature, etc.) and currency conversion for both the country being cited and the United States.
The Consultant’s Situational Analysis must be completed and submitted hardcopy, during our class on Monday, October 21st.
