HINT: The key concepts to examine are “the ability of the species to survive†and “adaptive advantage.†Think carefully: does natural selection select a group or an individual? What is the role of genetics, development and environment?
Thoughtful replies include reasoning from facts, not improvised, imaginary examples, and need to contain references to course concepts or other knowledge you may have learned from the course textbook or another class.
