Summarize the following article in your own words.

The Assignment
Summarize the article by answering the three questions listed below. Each question should have an answer that has a minimum of 5 to 7 sentences. Please make sure you read the statement on Plagiarism. Also, do not copy and paste the articles – that is plagiarism.
What is the main focus of the article?
What are three strategies that are discussed in the article?
How will you implement the strategies/ideas (from the article) when working with children?
Grading Criteria:
Summarize the above article in your own words in 3 paragraphs (each paragraph should consist of at least 7 sentences). The summary must have a focus that interprets or analyzes some aspect of the article. The third paragraph should be a reflection of your personal thoughts about the article. Did you find it useful, how would you include the ideas into your work with young children. Be specific. Please make sure you read the statement on Plagiarism. Also, do not copy and paste the article – that is plagiarism. Title of article must be included.
20 points – Three paragraphs are included, each paragraph has a minimum of five sentences
20 points – First paragraph summarizes the main focus of the article
30 points – Second paragraph summarizes three strategies from the article
20 points – Third paragraph gives specifics on how you will use these strategies/ideas in the classroom when working with young children.
10 points – Correct grammar and spelling are used
