The purpose of this discussion post is to identify badly done negative messages in business contexts and to explain the consequences of those bad negative messages.

1. For your initial discussion post, due end-of-day Thursday, research an example of poor or ineffective communication in a business context and write a post about it. Find a specific example of a negative news message that was published out there is real life, an example that is not in our textbook (and not one that was used for the Costs of Poor Communication discussion post in Week 1). In your post, include the following:
   1. A brief summary of the scenario (provide any background necessary for our class to fully appreciate the situation).
   2. A copy of the bad negative message.
   3. URL or citation of the scenario.
2. For your response, due end-or-day Saturday, do the following:
   1. Like the example you think is the best example of a bad negative message.
   2. In the comments, write a response that does the following:
      1. Explain why you think it is the most effective example of a badly done negative message.
      2. Explain how to avoid making the same mistake
      3. Reference the appropriate content in the textbook.
