In this module you explored Reality Therapy. Key figures and their contributions to the development of Reality were identified. Reality therapy provides an approach for helping clients control their lives more effectively.  Choice theory founded by Glasser (1998, 2001, 2003) as cited in Corey (2017) is the theoretical foundation for reality therapy.
