Healthcare Informatics Theories and Concepts: Choose a recent clinical scenario from an experience documented/reviewed in electronic or paper format that included a nursing assessment and the nursing care provided to an individual or family.
• Briefly describe the scenario
• Using Word or Excel, create a table specifically relating the scenario assessment information and nursing actions that demonstrate each of the following four informatics elements: Data, Information, Knowledge, and Wisdom
• Using the scenario and course readings, discuss the differences between nursing knowledge and wisdom. Support the findings
