Make sure what is mentioned on the slide is mentioned and described in the speaker notes. On your introduction slide do not just list the questions that are to be asked for the presentation, be creative. Your introduction and conclusion slide should not be a paragraph. No slide should have a paragraph that should be in the speaker notes. All references listed should be found in in-text citations in speaker notes. You can list references for pictures in references it does not have to be on the slide. Remember to be creative, do not be afraid of color. It is ok to go over slide count to make sure that all content is included. Review the rubric that is attached to ensure you have everything included. Make sure when addressing everything that is to be addressed in the slides it is pertinent to the scenario.
Develop a 12- to 15-slide Microsoft® PowerPoint® presentation on the organizational structure of the rehabilitation center described in the scenario. Create the presentation for the audience you selected in Week Two.

- Strategies and methods needed to influence organizational change and to minimize conflict

Include detailed explanations that correlate to each point in the speaker notes.
Include videos, photos, diagrams, graphs, or audio as appropriate.
Include at least a minimum of 5 references to support your presentation.
