Steps to guide the board through the strategic planning process.
Part 2
Use Adobe Connect to record yourself presenting the PowerPoint deck you created. This should be the presentation you would make for the board of directors.
Part 3
Write a separate, short paper in which you summarize how you will lead the mission and vision development effort at the board meeting. In your summary:
Analyze how you will use communication methods to make sure all board members feel heard and included.
Analyze how you will apply concepts of emotional intelligence in conducting the meeting.
Explain how you will apply leadership competencies in conducting the meeting.
Explain how you will build consensus and cultivate creativity in the meeting.
