Yes I selected Portland, Oregon and this city has been recognized as a city with a gang problem. One addition criterion that ca be used is graffiti or a group of people all wearing the same color. These are thing that law enforcement uses to determine if you’re in a gang among other things. Certain areas are just known for gang activity like it widely known throughout the city.
