A productive climate focuses on predispositions, collaborative work behaviors, and professional productivity. Group size should be conducive to collaboration. If the group is too large, the tendency toward groupthink surfaces; too small, and a sense of isolationism can pervade. In addition, generational traits influence collaboration and group dynamics; younger learners may be more receptive while adult learners can be more independent. In this assignment, you will analyze factors that shape the climate and culture of adult education and discuss how that climate and culture, in turn, influence adult learning.
