discussion strategic control and corporate governance
I need the actual post due by Wednesday April 1 at 7P.M CT. (300 min word) and then two responses to other students from Thursday- Sunday. Even though the due date is in 5 days. I need the initial response in two days, by April 1st.
The discussion grading rubric is attached. Thursday I will send the tutor a few discussions and the tutor will pick two to write a response following the guidelines in the attachment.

Please answer each of the following questions.
What kind of information controls can companies use to accurately assess the environment, evaluate productivity, and improve the quality of the work force?
What makes an organizational culture strong? What are some examples of companies with a strong culture? How do you think they could maintain their strong cultures?
What are some of the other examples of culture that give companies a sense of uniqueness or set them apart in the mind of employees or customers?
