Cognitive Maps

 ·  Explain cognitive maps and provide an example of their importance in everyday life. Are they visual, auditory, or can they be both? Defend your reasoning.

The two DQs each week for this course need to be 250-300 words in length. If your response to the DQ is not at least 250 words, it will not be counted as substantive. Two references are needed – one may be the textbook and the other must be a peer-reviewed article. It is important to your learning that you read research based articles separate from the textbook. The UOP library is a great source of these articles. Use in-text citations for all references and use APA formatting for the references. (Remember to answer all parts of the question). You will need to cite your references in your DQ response to receive credit as substantive.
