This assignment will require you to visit or call at least THREE different fitness centers in your area (please identify in your paper what town or city you are doing your research in). You will write a paper comparing and contrasting the three centers of your choice based on the following criteria:

  • Location and convenience
  • Cost per month
  • Variety of facilities and services offered (type of equipment, changing/storage areas, classes, pool, etc…)
  • Hours of operation (what are the peak times of the day?)
  • Cleanliness and safety measures
  • Friendliness and helpfulness of staff
  • Relevance to YOUR specific fitness goals: would this facility fit your needs, or would you be more comfortable elsewhere? BE SPECIFIC!
