Bloom’s taxonomy and Webb’s Depth of Knowledge (DOK) framework are tools that can be used to help instructors purposefully design instruction and assessments that support learning beyond memorization and recall. Writing objectives using Bloom’s taxonomy and Webb’s Depth of Knowledge (DOK) framework to create higher-order questions will help shape assessments and ensure that the intended level of knowledge is being assessed.

Use the 2-3 standards identified in Clinical Field Experience B as references for this assignment.

Create an 8-10 digital slide presentation for teachers in your content area.

Include the following:

  • Two sample learning objectives, using Bloom’s taxonomy, aligned to the 2-3 selected standards identified in Clinical Field Experience B

  • An assessment method or tool that demonstrates proper alignment of learning objectives with assessments
  • Title slide, presenter notes, and reference slide
